Coaching

My path

I had it all. The c-level position, the house, the cars, the family and the rides on the corporate jet.

But it wasn’t enough. I needed to go deeper.

I discovered the riches of ancient wisdom and modern schience and steadily applied it to my life. I now free more freedom and more happiness.

I also discovered that no one goes it alone, nor are we ever finished. I invite you to journey with me on a life-changing path of self-discovery and growth. I look forward to journeying together!

How it works

  • Book a free introductory co-journey to see how we can help each other.

  • On our journey together, we’ll explore your greatest opportunities to find your authentic self and your gifts.

    • Phase 1: deep discovery, weekly calls.

      • Includes delivery of a Personal Synthesis that distills WHO YOU ARE. You will have better insight into yourself than you ever have.

      • We use proprietary diagnostics, personality and values assessments, feedback from those closest to you and your reflections to craft the Synthesis. This is a landmark document that you will use throughout your life.

    • Phase 2: executing the leverage points identified in phase 1, bi-weekly calls.

      • We carefully sequence adding new habits and ways of living that are targeted at increasing your personal fulfillment - and improving your relationships with everyone you touch.

      • We also architect your life and your time to live in your zone of genius - a way of being that is statisically correlated with greater happiness.

    • Phase 3: sustaining new habits and ways of living for the long-haul, concierge support as needed.

      • Most coaching fades. I am passionate about long-term results, and average 30-50% increase in overall happiness. I am available at any time for brief discussions or deep exploration.

  • I will provide frameworks, curated learnings from sages ancient and modern, synthesis of results, accountability and a friendly sounding board as you make progress and accelerate.
